Fab! - Edit
High quality, tasty Thai meals and lovely, modern ambience. Friendly staff and lots of good vegan choices. A bit more expensive than the average neighbourhood restaurant, but definitely worth it. 😋

This place has a really good atmosphere. Its modern and has a big selection of vegan options. Every meal I've had here has been super tasty, I often go for the classic pad thai but all the vegan appetisers and other meals I've had have been delicious.

Beautiful flavours. Great vegan options. - Edit
Love the decor. Friendly staff. Fast service. Fantastic meals; mostly all can be done vegan — if not, it can be done vegetarian. Some vegan desserts also. If you fancy Thai, I highly recommend Holy Basil!

Dont Get a Banquet - Edit
Really great food. Delicious. Drinks were refreshing. I went with a whole bunch of people and we decided to get a vegan banquet. Everything was excellent except they used the same tofu blocks for about 3 dishes which was a shame as there were many other vegan options on the menu. I would come back here but choose my own menu items next time. A great quality restaurant for the area.

Tried Holy Basil with my non-vegan boyfriend and we both loved it!!! A bit on the pricey side, but as a special occasion it would be perfect.

Beautiful Food - Edit
Beautiful food with lots of choices and great decor at Holy Basil. We shared 2 entree’s and then had a main between 2 of us and that was plenty. We started with tempura vegetables (vegan) and followed with Corn and banana flower fritters ( vegetarian) both were lovely. Our main was the Thai Laab warm mushroom salad (vegan) This dish was very hot, a little bit too much chilli for us but nice flavours .

Must try - Edit
Great ambience, food, service - and all vegan items are marked on the menu. I loved this place, especially the betal leaf tofu. We also had a green curry, which had beautifully balanced flavours and a cashew salad which was delightful.
Read moreEverything is lovingly presented.
Vegan wines are marked on the menu too. There is even vegan dessert (a rice pudding with mango) and another one in development.
Pros: Great occasion restaurant
Cons: Not a vegan restaurant
