Impossible to place order

Absolutely the worst! We had a coupon for a 2 for 1 vegan burger. We went to the Hallandale location at about 4:00 PM on a Monday. There was one young girl working the entire place. She greeted us with "hola' as then we discovered she did not speak English AT ALL!! After much frustration of trying to convey that we wanted to use our coupon, She called someone else, who attempted to translate for her. The coupon, which I'd been sent by text message, didn't even work. Bi-lingual is supposed to mean English AND Spanish, no? What has happened to customer service?!?! Oh and they promote themselves as a 'health food restaurant'. Nothing healthy about most of the over priced items on the menu. Lots of meat, fish, dairy. the ONLY vegan thing is this burger.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Service person did not speak English , Coupon which brought us into the place not working
