Great coffee and cake venue - Edit
Stopped for a coffee and had to try the raspberry and pistachio cake too, which was delicious. Lovely location in the terrace gardens with glimpses of the river through the trees and very friendly jackdaws and squirrels!

Gorgeous location - Edit
Similar menu to tide tables cafe but the cafe is cuter with a beautiful seating area overlooking the terrace gardens. Less crowded compared to the other cafe.

I just love going to this cafe, have some food and enjoy the sun (when is out) while being in the park. Such a lovely place to chill after walking around the Richmond park

Really nice little cafe in a lovely location in the park. Love that they have blankets for when it gets cold! A decent amount of vegan options, I had a vegan sausage roll which was really good. Good selection of vegan cakes too.

Lovely place to sit with some great vegan options. I went on Earth Day once and the whole menu was vegan so I was chuffed!

A really lovely cafe with an amazing view. There are lots of vegan options (including an amazing sausage roll which I’d recommend). Perfect for a stop off after a walk around Richmond Park.

Fairtrade Vegetarian/Vegan Cafe - Edit
Pretty, cute, friendly staff, beautiful views. Mostly vegetarian but good Vegan choices available. We had the Vegan Cornish Pasty with a delicious salad, Vegan Lemon and Poppyseed cake and Vegan super moist, sticky and divine Chocolate Brownie. It’s a tad pricey but well worth a visit. Ohhhh and also how could I forget! It’s dog friendly so we took our dog too 😊

Hi popped in here to grab some cake and do some work. It was warm & friendly generally. Nice spot. Only one type of vegan cake though - would have liked more choice. Vegan menu didn't look extensive. Could do with some more vegan love in there.

Gorgeous place, kid friendly, ideal in summer - Edit
I haven't been for a while but historically Hollyhock only had a couple of vegan options, which was a shame, but better than most of the alternatives, as an independent I'd rather come here than anywhere else but with the rise of vegan foodies everywhere they should cater for us a bit more :)

Hollyhock cafe - Edit
I visited this lovely wee cafe on 28th June 2015. What a special spot...serene and green. The menu looked promising and I ordered the vegan falafel salad. It arrived with a slab of butter on the side...and 3 bits of feta in the salad, so I was immediately put off. Such a shame...this place could and should be amazing.

The cupboard was bare - Edit
The description of Hollyhock Cafe is that it's vegan-friendly. I'm sorry but this is the least vegan-friendly veggie cafe I've ever been to. The total choice on offer for vegans was a baked potato with beans, and a strudel. This is a shame because the cafe is in a fantastic location. I'd love to go back - but not until they live up to the billing. The strudel? It wasn't bad - but hardly worth the trip on an empty stomach.
