Fabulous! - Edit

Lovely place, with a wonderful head chef/owner who's friendly with the customers as front of house. Really good options on both the Vegan and a couple on the deals menus. Fun experience with the 'wheel of chance' where you can win a discount or prize. Specialises in Gluten Free, particularly for sunday lunch. I'm a massive fan of spice, so I really enjoyed it - it's all mild to medium.

Probably if you really like chili - Edit

It's all well and good having a separate vegan menu but is seems from the other reviews that it was better before they had.
On the vegan menu 3 out of 4 starters and 4 out of 5 mains contain chili, which gives vegans who don’t like chili no choice at all. For vegans who don’t like any hot spices it leaves just 1 starter and no main course, since the one without chili contains ginger.
It shows lack of imagination and is very disappointing.

Been here many times mainly for drinks rather than food but on the occasion I’ve had food here it’s been fine. Most recently and before it was added to Happy Cow (not by me) we had tapas consisting of flatbreads olives and hummus, veg tempura and potato skins. They now have a separate vegan menu which looks good. Certainly a step in the right direction. They serve great beer too, it’s always a nice spot for a pint in the very rare summer sun on the seats outside or before heading to the cricket.

Pros: Vegan menu , Nice interior

Cons: Good beer but expensive

Very lovely restaurant, great atmosphere and friendly staff!
Food is great with decent portion sizes for the price. A nice range of vegetarian and vegan alternatives to the original dish, some of the menu has the (V) next to the name, whereas the other options are found in their description.

Pros: Great options for vegan/vegetarian meals, Reasonably priced
