Loads of vegan products - Edit
I wandered in here and was glad I did. There were so many vegan treat options like chocolates, different candies, marshmallow, gummies, etc. Biggest selection I've seen in Cork. Many of the health and beauty products were clearly labeled vegetarian or vegan, I picked up some specifically vegan multivitamins that were H&B brand and saw vegan protein powder and pre workout. There are other food supplies for sale such as plant milks too.

Health store with good vegan choices - Edit
This store is mainly about supplements and vitamins. But it does have a big selection of vegan products, like candy, chocolats, vegan proteins, vegan bars, egg replacement. And lots of good deals. Highly recommend!
