A bit of an excuse for a supplements store

So sad and a bit of a joke that the only health food stores in Reading (as in so many towns) are so uninspired and lacking in fresh food options. Not exactly healthy.
However, you can get your basic store cupboard, fridge and freezer stock here, such as Cheezly, Fry's foods, Redwood's/V-Bites Roasts. Plus nuts, dried fruit, snacks and sweets, including Panda liquorice.
The H&B in Smelly Alley (Union Street) is smaller but much friendlier.

Pros: Stocks bare basics, Better than nothing

Cons: Lack of fresh or interesting items
