Lots of options

I buy from here often and find the selection to be good. They stopped frozen food but replaced with a wealth of drink options. Cbd choices too.

Disappointing

Not much here that you can't buy cheaper in the adjacent supermarkets. Like most other H&B stores they seem to concentrate more on pills and potions than they do on food.

Pros: Only "Health Food" shop for miles

Cons: Poor range of food, Animal products on sale. (e.g. Gelatin capsules), Expensive
