A monthly gathering (not August) with 3 speakers on well-being. Informative talks from therapists and people teaching things such as how to make fermented and raw foods, such as sauerkraut and chocolate.
Read moreLunch is provided by all attendees and there are designated tables for the vegan and vegetarian pot-luck options, which makes it easy for the vegans to know what they can eat.
Free teas all day and there is a lovely garden to enjoy lunch and socialising with other like-minded people.
Doors open at 10.30am and the first speaker is at 11 am.
£10 on the door or contact organiser to ask about early bird tickets.

I thoroughly enjoy these monthly social gatherings. The speakers are fascinating and inspirational, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the vegetarian/vegan pot luck lunch is a lovely, added touch - perfect for socialising and meeting new, like-minded friends.
