Vegan organic lunch - Edit
I quite like the fact that everything is organic at holis´s. I went there last year and had the vegan lunch combo for a reasonable €8.90, a soup with yellow carrots and leek, followed by a vegetable curry. Both meals were very tasty, well seasoned and warmed me up nicely from within. It´s just that I would have preferred to have a bit more couscous in the curry to fully soak up the sauce, as well as chewier vegetables instead of super soft ones, hence one star less. The vegan banana bread slice came at only €2.50, was pleasantly moist and banana-y and had just the perfect consistency. The place is bright and friendly, the staff were very friendly and I was served fast.
