The only option in Zamosc - Edit
The small but very nicely decorated cafe is located inside a "shoppingmall". It might be a little difficult to find. It's directly across from the bus station and it's on the 2nd floor. It's super cute. Unfortunately they only have the menu in Polish which i uploaded. There was only one staff and she couldn't speak English at all. Not sure what exactly is vegan except for the smoothie bowls and the salad named "vegan". Prices are decent, as was the size of my smoothie bowl.
