Best dinner option downtown

Look, it’s not perfect. But if you wind up downtown Kamloops for dinner, it’s your best bet.

No, the sauces don’t have ingredients listed, but some are clearly safe (soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, garlic…). You can build your own stir fry with rice noodles, tofu and veggies, and it’s quite tasty.

It all goes on the same grill, but they scrape the [censored] out of between dishes, and if it bothers you you can ask them to clean it further.

Pros: Hearty (all-you-can-eat) , Delicious

Cons: Not all vegan. Raw meat at toppings bar. , Ingredients aren’t well labelled, Staff doesn’t know what’s vegan

Vegan Friendly, limited options

Nice staff and food was good. A great option if you are a group with a variety of diets. If you are vegan you will need to speak with the chefs to ensure your food is cooked on a cleaned section of the grill as well as new cleaned spatulas. Not a diverse selection for vegans but, you will be able find something!

Pros: Good for groups with a diversity of diets

Cons: Limited vegan options , Not clearly labeled ingredients

Don't do it

No one has a clue what is in any sauce and cannot tell you. I wanted to leave but my mother who I was with already started cooking her food.
No clue what it vegan=don't eat there. Guy told me everything was made with water, including oyster sauce
After complaining the waiter apologized and comped my meal. Thought it was fair, I still couldn't recommend anyone go there.

Pros: Nonr

Cons: No clue what is vegan, False information
