Vegan friendly scam - Edit
We stayed in the hotel attracted by the vegan-friendly advertisement for the hotel and its restaurant but unfortunately was just an attraction for tourists.
Read moreOn the website they advertise a 3 course vegan dinner menu, but asking directly to restaurant and staff they confirm nothing as such exists.
On the menu there is only ONE vegan option and it is a burger, so I cannot consider it as an option for a restaurant of an allegedly conceded 5 star hotel.
There are other vegan-friendly hints staring from the flyer for the hotel guests to the restaurant menu mentioning an entire vegan dedicated menu, that unfortunately does not exist.
Please avoid this scam.

A mixed bag - Edit
I stayed at the hotel and had three breakfasts here. On the first day, the staff didn’t have a clue (despite me emailing twice ahead of time) and I had cous cous. The second day was better but still quite strange - a burger! I was offered soya milk on this occasion too. Day 3 was great, the chef made me fried marinated tofu with roasted tomatoes and lovely bread which was delicious.

Great location for a vegan wedding!!! - Edit
We had a wedding reception at the hoffmeister hotel. It was amazing they made a menu just for us including many vegan options and also meat options for our guests. Everything was delicious and the food was very variable.
