Good atmosphere, fabulous mural. Spacious interior, friendly and helpful staff. Disappointing that there are no vegan kids options.

Felt ripped off by the vegan menu - Edit
The Holy Bean did have a separate vegan menu for us, but when we compared the prices the vegan dishes were way more expensive than the meat and dairy dishes on the main menu. I had the Harissa Shaksuka, priced at $22 I was expecting a fairly good portion as we could see the omni meals being served up were really quite big, but unfortunately it was very small. The dish was mostly sauce and quite oily, so some rice or grains would have been good to accompany it instead of the one slice of bread cut in half. My partner had the Freekah salad, chosen from the omni menu but not listed on the vegan menu, which our waitress said could be made vegan, it was a fair portion and was much cheaper at $13. The maple sauce was already mixed through it, so it was very sweet, but he quite liked it.

No vegan menu breakfast - Edit
Went for Sunday brunch, no actual vegan options or menu as stated on previous reviews. Only option was to build something from the extras. Was very expensive for what it was, tasty but nothing special. There are other cafes in this area that are much nicer with actual vegan options I would recommend over this cafe.

No vegan menu - Edit
There is no longer a vegan menu, the menu is limited and has no dietary information and when I asked for help as I couldn't tell what could be made vegan they just told me to look at the menu more and walked away while we were trying to ask questions about the food, they we're a bit rude and didn't seem to know the menu at all😒we only had coffee then left to try somewhere else.

Cons: Poor menu and staff were unfortunately unhelpful.

Bean there - Edit
The smashed avo was fairly decent, mostly owing to the nicely cooked mushrooms that topped the meal. The shakshuka was poor value; a very small meal which would have cost next to nothing to prepare but priced at $22...
