The enchiladas have a mix taste of wasabi, horse radish and Indian. Not Mexican by a long shot, myself being Mexican, I was very disappointed. My partner and I are hungry but this dish is inedible.

How lucky are we / considerate of them to have a separate vegan kitchen, a brilliantly executed idea that is greatly appreciated.
The KFC (Korean Fried Cauliflower) is absolutely incredible… do yourself a favour and order it. And then do yourself another flavour and order some more. And maybe one more for the road... hot dang it’s amazing.
We’ve tried the whole menu and then some. Stunning flavours and always a real treat. The only thing that seems out of place is the Burger… (I guess it appeals to someone wanting a safe option and for that it works). Very nice but better and more interesting Mexican / Korean options to explore.
Ps contrary to another review on here the name is not confusing at all. The restaurant is called Hispanic Mechanic, their vegan kitchen is called Dancing Daikon. Easy. Now go there.

Resturant is called hispanic mechanic, although they have disguised it with alternative name "dancing daikon" even thoigh it is the exact same resturant, just with a spearate kitchen, neighbouring customers and tables still serve and eat meat dairy and eggs so it is not a vegan resturant just an omni resturant with separate vegan menu and kitchen area. Without this misleading part the actual vegan food is delicious

I have been here many times and they have consistently been excellent, even before they had a separate vegan menu. Have always been able to do a vegan banquet, even when I have been the only vegan at the table. On numerous occasions they kitchen have made vegan dishes that weren’t even on the menu for us. Would give 5 stars if I could.
