I’m probably here 1x or 2x a week. I’m absolutely obsessed with their vegan ramen. My order is usually A vegan ramen with 1. No bean sprouts 2. No baby kale 3. Two sides of hot sauce and One order of fried rice with tofu instead of tuna. CANNOT GET ENOUGH - the charred broccolini, the broth and the noodles are DREAMY. I always make sure they put the chili oil in it too. You have to sign up for the wait list online and sometimes it’s insanely long

This is the most delicious vegan ramen I have ever had! So good ! If you are in area I highly recommended. It is the only vegan option besides edamame but it is highly worth it

I’ve eaten here multiple times before trying to go more plant based and had high hopes for their vegan ramen. Similar to other places, their vegan ramen broth is a soy miso. However, I found the broth to be quite oily and wish it was a bit lighter. Maybe it appeals to those who enjoy tonkotsu broth, which I never really enjoyed admittedly. The ramen is very nice and chewy and good portion size.

I had to make an account after seeing Hiro Nori with a measly 3.5 stars. Soon after making the account, I see why. You cannot give 5 star ratings to non-vegan restaurants, which is fine because a 4 is appropriate seeing as there is only one vegan option.
Read moreThis is a Michelin starred restaurant, and I would argue the vegan ramen is of the same standard. I have been eating here for years now and the food is always consistent, so I am unsure how any other vegan users could have not thought too much of the vegan ramen. It features a vegan meat crumble, corn, grilled broccolini, and a few others giving it a nice crunch. The broth is savory and, is a step up if you choose to add the chili sauce they give you on the side. Highly recommend, give it a try.

I absolutely LOVE HiroNori!! Their vegan ramen is so insanely delicious - in my opinion it is worth ANY wait. If you are dining here, you WILL WAIT. There is an online waitlist that is helpful, but still you will be waiting. Sometimes the waitlist is down because the wait is 2 hours+. Be aware of this when you're planning your trip here. You MUST try HiroNori if you are vegan and in the area!

Very long wait on a Thursday evening (90 minutes for a party of 2), but the vegan ramen was delicious (did the combo with the salad and rice bowl too). The only thing that bummed me out was even if you’re dining in, they give you single-use plastic cups for drinks. Seems unnecessary.

Read moreIt’s a big bowl and very filling. The staff is so sweet and VERY attentive to our experience there. The fruit infused water is super refreshing as well 😍 Be prepared to wait a bit with everyone else enjoying their ramen! The restaurant is cosy and on the smaller side and since they exploded onto the local scene have had long lines outside of people waiting to get in 😊

They only have one vegan option but it’s all you need. I personally loved it. Lots of flavor and lots of veggies. The waiter was so helpful and knowledgeable on the meaning of “vegan” and was super accommodating to me and my 6 year old who’s also vegan. He made him a small bowl of rice and tofu since the ramen bowl was too big. Our entire bill for the ramen/rice & tofu bowl/small salad/infused mango water was $20.47 including the tip! Will definitely be coming back.

This is the best vegan ramen in Orange County. Most of the other vegan ramen dishes in OC are just noodles and broth. There are tons of veggies on top of the dish & the broth is extremely flavorful. Highly recommend

I wish I could give this place five stars (the app will not allow me to because it's not a fully vegan establishment)! The vegan ramen here is absolutely phenomenal. I bring all my meat eating friends here and they will usually get something with meat but still try some of my ramen and they always love it!
Read moreThe broth is incredibly flavorful and the noodles themselves are just perfect everytime. The bowl is just FILLED with different toppings like the brocolli, sweet corn, tofu, soy meat, hearty greens, etc.
The staff is also amazing and very attentive and nice. I've never had a single problem with anyone working there and they always make the guests feel extremely welcome and happy to be eating there.
I seriously wish I could eat here everyday! It's so good and I can't reccomend it enough.

Only one vegan option, it looked good but the taste was just okay. Not much to say. It's spicy but doesn't say it one the menu so just be aware of that. Even so, it is better than any of the other vegan ramen places I've had.
