Delicious Indian Comfort Food

Himalayas provides excellent options for vegans and vegetarians. The main attraction is the buffet, and each item is clearly labeled with what it is and if it’s vegan. The meat is kept on one half of the buffet away from the mostly vegetarian and vegan options, which is nice for avoiding cross-contamination. The naan is sometimes vegan without butter, but sometimes has butter so if you’re unsure you can ask. The sugar balls are *not* vegan, just FYI. The vegan options available are delicious though! NOTE: some options are always vegan, but some are sometimes vegan and sometimes not. But they do a good job of marking that it’s vegan or not each day.

Cons: Sometimes extra spicy for those who are sensitive, Some items aren’t always vegan (but are marked)
