Flavorful Indian - Edit
If you like a spicy dish, this is your place! The food is always fresh and in my opinion, they offer the best aloo gobi in the county. I never worry about consuming animal products because they understand well what "vegan" means. I'm hoping to try the buffet at some point as they told me they offer vegan items on that as well.

Very accommodating with offering vegan options. Delicious avocado salad to start. Very fresh and perfectly lightly seasoned. The eggplant was cooked to my exact “not spicy” request. Loved the mango juice. They have been around a long time, and the servers (owners?) were very friendly and attentive to every need.

I requested a vegan menu and will upload a photo of it. There is a bread and rice dish on the vegan menu that are not vegan, so be careful and read the descriptions. I got the vegetable samosas and aloo muttar. It was nice that the peas were fresh instead of frozen or canned. I ordered medium spicy and it was pretty spicy. The portions are large and they provided an ample supply of the basmati rice.

Nice vegan additions - Edit
They just added a whole separate vegan menu. Be sure to ask them for it. This is a great location in a shopping center along with 2 other vegan restaurants , Indian & Asian grocery stores with many vegan options.
