Vegan labels can't be trusted - Edit
Do not trust the vegan labels on the menu! I got the vegetable vindaloo, which was labeled as vegan, but they put paneer in it. I asked the manager about it and she didn't understand that paneer isn't vegan and didn't even offer to bring me a new dish without it.

A Bouquet of Flavors for Veg. and Vegan - Edit
First delight was the clear menu spelling out almost 30 Vegan options. Customers tonight appear to be primarily Indian. A television over the small bar quietly played a home improvement show and a screen across the large dining room showed an Indian movie. First tastes indicate freshness is a high priority. We chose "Medium" for our preferred level of spice heat and we're impressed as well as grateful we didn't order a Vindaloo.

Cons: More "deep fried" food than we're comfortable with, Bad luck. They sold out of Veg. Momo this Sunday., So far away from my home in AZ.
