Nice Indian dishes

Was here for early lunch on a Saturday. No other patrons present. The menu lists vegetable dishes seperately, but they are not all vegan.
And not labelled as such, wish that would be clearer.

We specified we are both vegan and the waiter was helpfull in clarifying which dishes don't contain milk/cream/butter/egg.
He also said the samosas, onion bahji etc were fried in vegetable oil.

We had the onion bahji (5€) and vegi samosa (5,5€) as starter.
Came with some sauces, I asked wither the green one was with yoghurt (was another waiter) and yes it was... so that was a pity, having asked everything vegan.

Main dishes: mutter mushroom and the lentil dahl (both 11,95€) we asked medium spicy, with mushroom rice (7€) and chapati (2,5€) (the waiter had specified the naan bread is not vegan but the chapati is). Nice dishes.

A bit old-fashioned interior. Terrace in front.
Not accessible, step to get in, toilet at the back. Clean.
It smelled a bit musty when we came in, but then they burnt some incense sticks.

Friendly and swift service.
All in all: nice food. Very cheap!! (with a large bottle of sparkling water included this totalled 50€).

Great food, friendly and helpful staff!

I was very happy with the many vegan options and the friendly staff who were happy to assist in pointing out which dishes were vegan or could be made vegan. One thing that could be an improvement would be the addition of vegan Nepalese momo's to the menu.
