Groceries to sustain you. - Edit
Although quite a chain now, the place feels like a traditional grocery. Beware the fresh meat deli counter in store, if being anywhere near that will bother you.
Read moreI spoke to the staff who assured me that they source Tasmanian produce first, and organic first, as much as they can. So, the organics range of fresh produce isn’t huge, but it seems to be the best you can find in the area.
Great range of other specialty foods, like organic, vegan, and gluten free processed/packaged goods. Good range of vegan butters and cheeses.
Small selection of fresh vegan baked goods.
They have a dry goods refill station for zero-wasters to bring in your own containers. They also have other sustainability measures that I hadn’t noticed in-store, but I read about on their website.
Pros: Sustainable & eco-friendly approach., Locally sourced produce.
Cons: Fresh meat deli in-store.
