Morning glory and sticky buns yum - Edit
The options are great, staff was helpful and kind. There were cookies, sticky buns, brownies, bagels, and muffins vegan. They also carry oatmilk - glad to find this cafe/bakery ✌🏾

So many vegan options!! - Edit
Thank you Happy Cow for having this place listed.
Read moreBought nearly all their vegan pastries. My husband loved the cinnamon roll!
I LOVE that they don't change extra for oat milk. So glad we stopped. I'd much rather support a local business instead of a Tim Hortons or a Starbucks
Pros: Variety , No upcharge for oat milk, Excellent customer service
Cons: Absolutely none

Great vegan pizza - Edit
I was travelling through Winnipeg and tried this bakery because my neighbour recommended it. I was very excited to go on a pizza day and try a pizza with their house made cashew cheese. Would recommend!

Best Vegan Pizza in Wpg! - Edit
Hildegards makes my absolute favourite vegan pizzas. Their cashew cheeze and pepperoni seitan are made in house and are so delicious, especially on their sourdough crusts! The only downside is that they're open limited hours and days of the week.

Their vegan “deluxiest” is hands down probably the best pizza I’ve ever had! Their homemade seitan and cheese are SO good and the flavours are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Now that’s a bagel. - Edit
My first visit was a pleasure. Stopped in late one Saturday morning and ordered a rosemary-garlic bagel and carrot-cabbage soup, a loaf of whole rye w/ sunflower crust, and 6 bagels to take home. The soup hadn’t been fully warmed at that time in the AM, so I nibbled the bagel while I waited. Chewy, slightly crispy, and delicious, made by someone who knew what they were doing. When my soup arrived, it came with two pieces of dense, grainy bread (a nice surprise, but I wish the staff had mentioned that when I ordered. I’d have skipped the bagel). Nice people, a live green wall, that enticing bakery smell, and lots of light in the sitting area. A neighbourhood place.

Cons: Carrot-cabbage soup thin & over-priced at $7.50, Parking can be tricky. Try the Rexall lot.
