A nice restaurant with delicious, vegan ramen. I also like the soba and donburi.

Delicious vegan ramen in Zürich - Edit
Delicious vegan ramen in Zürich! I had the kuro ramen and my friend the midori ramen and some gyoza. As dessert we had a matcha and black sesame daifuku (no picture of the dessert). Everything was delicious and the staff was really friendly.

Interesting and original ramen - Edit
There are five different types of vegetarian ramen (I think they are all vegan too) and some of them are really original, such as the one we had, which was spinach-broccoli ramen. It was really tasty and the noodles are handmade too. A few other dishes as well.

Fantastic. But not everything is for everyone - Edit
Everyone absolutely loved the ramen. My tatar don was still good but not extraordinary. I also tried the matcha pudding which wasn't by cup of, well, tea. On the other hand the pistachio mochi and the yuzu cheesecake were excellent.
Read moreA small minus is that the the interior looked pretty empty still, but I imagine this will improve since they just opened.
UPDATE: If you want to try something different, have a go at the pickled eggplants (nasu soba). No my all time favourite Japanese food but it was fun to try. The interior is still pretty empty, though.

Delicious and authentic - Edit
Fantastic spot for really flavourful Japanese food, the tofu with kimchi is simply amazing and the ramen is also excellent (worth it for the fu-chasu alone). The decor is modern and beautiful, the use of kinto glasses a great touch, and service is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Super delicious! - Edit
I loved the interior: kinda industrial with some nice plants. Tables are super far apart so you'll have more than enough space. It's quiet, not too busy. Staff is super friendly, prices are okay. Almost everything is vegan, except for one dish and one dessert.
Read moreI had the green midori ramen which was super tasty and interesting. It's a modern take on Japanese food. We also tried the matcha pudding plus black sesame icecream, which also come highly recommended!
Go there!

Delicious but loud - Edit
The food at this new Japanese restaurant was quite delicious. The dishes look beautiful when served and are very tasteful.
Read moreThe staff was friendly and welcoming.
But this is not really a place for a romantic dinner. We had a reservation for 2 but when we arrived we got seated at the communal table.
The restaurant was full and it is very loud since the place is bare and sparsely furnished. The inside is mostly face concrete and there are no noise absorbing elements.
Pros: Menu mostly vegan, Great food, Food seems quite authentic
Cons: Loud, Bare and cool interior

delicious! - Edit
we had delicious ramen and soba at this place. the servings were quite big which is fair for the price. the gyozas were fantastic, although a bit pricey. the menu has so many vegan options it was almost hard to decide (which is obviously positive). the two only non-vegan dishes are clearly labelled. will definitely come back!

Fresh Tofu, Tasty Ramen - Edit
Friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and everything, aside from two clearly labeled vegetarian options, is vegan. For a starter, you can make your own fresh tofu by coagulating soy milk in a little pot over a flame. It's fun and tasty. The ramen is also very delicious. Highly recommended!
