Vietnamese food with stand-alone vegan menu consisting of tofu-inspired dishes which may include sushi, Asian crudites, mango salad, rice wraps and a few desserts. Open Mon-Tue 11:00am-8:00pm, Thu-Sun 11:00am-8:00pm. Closed Wed.

The best food in East Sooke

This food truck has it all! Great vegan options, options for non-vegans in your party (the omnivore husband says the wiggly jiggly is the best thing he ate on Van isle), a small patio area behind the truck where they are now licensed to serve cocktails and they have a giant jenga!
The sushi sandwiches are great, the pineapple coconut rice pudding dessert was rich (and served in half a pineapple with an umbrella - what's not to love). Mango salad was awesome. Basically there wasn't anything there we didn't enjoy on our multiple visits. And Vy and chef Moto are so incredibly kind.
Go give these people your money and make your taste buds happy too.

Beautiful Find

I wasn't expecting to find anything to eat in East Sooke and happily came across HideNSeek while on a motorcycle ride.

Was so thrilled to see a fully plant-based menu alongside the regular one.

Many options and all wholesome and plant-based based; simple yet very tasty.

I had the rice wraps the first time, and rainbow pride the next.

Friendly owners too!

Looking forward to trying other items and the desserts!
