Organic set menu and yummy desserts! - Edit
Their menu changes every day and they have different lunch options. The food is flavorful and interesting. It's very relaxed and you can see many locals come here to enjoy their food!

This restaurant is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of Yanago station, on the second story of a building. It is very cute, with knitted flower chair cushions and cozy lighting. Every dish is vegan. My friend and I enjoyed the daily plate & vegan desserts. The cakes were a little dry, but everything else was delicious. The restaurant also has a small shop and tons of reading material. I wish it was closer to where I live! I’d definitely go there often!

What really won me over at this place was the owner, who yes, speaks English, but that’s not the point. If you’ve been traveling around Japan a bit, and find that many people will do whatever they can to help you but there was something special about the owner of 日々の糧 I decided to get the most expensive item on the menu which was only ¥1200. A bargain! I’m already wishing I could go back and try more dishes. It’s not that the food breaks ground or is something you could get elsewhere, it’s the care and extra yum of it all. This place is a respite and the food is very very good. When I compare it to another recent macrobiotic place in Nara, this was easily the winner. I’m so sad I can’t go back for lunch on Sunday

Tout était très bon et a un prix raisonnable (environ 1400¥ pour un plat du jour et un dessert). Le thé (chaud ou froid) est gratuit donc pas besoin d'ajouter le prix d'une boisson si vous n'en voulez pas. Le personnel est accueillant et le lieu est charmant. Il y a une petite boutique à l'entrée du restaurant, pratique quand on prévoit de se rendre dans une ville plus éloignée où il n'y a pas de restaurant vegan.

[En]Everything was good and the price too. I paid around 1400¥ for today's special and a dessert. Tea (hot or cold) is free so not need to add a price for an extract drink if you do not want it. Kind staff and lovely place. There are a small shop at restaurant entrance, that's usefull if you plan to go in a town around Yonago where there are no vegan restaurant.

So good finding this place when I've been eating rice for a week. Amazing food, cake was so great and ice cream was even better! Had a lovely conversation with Honey and a few ladies that were there having dinner and made shaved ice with them! Love love I would stay in Yonago just to go here thankyou :)
