Lunch buffet - Edit
Good selection of food in the lunch buffet (140sek). The place is not laid out very well, making it very crowded even when the place is not full, and only one or two people can take from the buffet at a time.

Very Disappointing - Edit
Terribly layed out, more than one person can't really fill a plate at a time. I asked the staff member what was vegan and he told me all bar the soup. The lasagne didn't look vegan, so I asked him to confirm and he told me that wasn't vegan either.

I imagine at a less busy time, it would be okay.

Delicious and satisfying! - Edit
I think the food choices must vary regularly, because I did not have the same experience with there being few vegan options. All the options were vegan except for a white sauce that was optional to add, and one salad bar option. There was a large variety of dishes with meatless-sausages (I think soy based) and chikn (I think seitan), curry, Japanese rice noodle dishes, lentil soup, a vegan loaf, etc. I was very please to have a large lunch for all my sightseeing later in the day.

so-so - Edit
Went there with high hopes because of the reviews here, but I was more or less disappointed.
Read more140kr for a buffet that had basically salad, falafel, potatoes and rice for vegans. The potatoes were good, nicely spiced, the falafel too salty and of strange un-falafel-ish texture, the hummus mediocre, and the salad - well, salad.
The staff was helpful in the sense that they explained what was vegan a d what not, but that was about it. When I arrived, several tables were full of dirty dishes of previous guests, and even when I left, no one had bothered cleaning those up.
Wouldn't come here again.
Pros: ok food, all you can eat
Cons: salty, nothing special, not too motivated staff, basic selection

Love this place! - Edit
I eat here every chance I get! Always good. If they have the veggie lasagna, you should try it. They have a cold buffet and drawers in the warmer with hot dishes. They also have fun flavored waters!

Small but very nice restaurant in the heart of Stockholm. They have a tasty buffet of vegetarian dishes including soup. They also sell delicious cakes. Their prices are modest.

Filling, cosy and casual - Edit
Food was nice but typical of a buffet, nothing was piping hot except the soup which was fresh as we arrived. The location is great, price is about what I have come to expect in Stockholm. Not all vegan but when we went that meant we just had to avoid 1 particular sauce.

Nice Buffet Stop - Edit
Cool cosy cafe atmosphere, Help yourself to the buffet. Not everything is vegan which is the main downfall, But good for location and friendly staff. Prices are a bit high but Stockholm is an expensive city and it is in the centre so don't be shocked. Still worth it :)

Great food - Edit
It's a small buffet with only a couple of hot dishes at a time, but it's great food. Hermitage is kind of like a mini version of Herman's (sometimes confusing) but I wish it was all vegan! Why not??

vegetarian buffet in the city center - Edit
If you want to eat good vegetarian/vegan food on Gamla Stan and not get bancrupted, that's a good option. You pay for a buffet and eat as much as you want. I liked hummus and raw cabbage salad most of all. If you wish to have coffee/tea/sweets, you pay extra. The staff was friendly and happy to assist :)

Vegan retreat - Edit
This was a perfect stop off after a morning of sightseeing in the Old Town. Considering the location the prices here are very inexpensive where you can get lunchtime deal for just 120SEK. Inside there is unlimited water and a number of vegan options to choose from such as soup, stew, curries, koftas, potatoes and salad bar, although I did have to ask which dishes were vegan. As with most buffets you can fill up your plate as much as you want but expect some buffet traffic whilst you wait to get your food. Although not as good as Hermans, the food here is hearty and tasty and we left feeling full and satisfied.

Good alternative in "Gamla stan" - Edit
A fair vegan alternative if you are in Gamla stan (Old city). A traditional vegetarian restaurant that serves the dishes in a warm and a cold buffet. You don't need to leave hungry.

Vegetarian Gem in Gamla Stan - Edit
Hermitage is an excellent vegetarian dining choice after spending a day or afternoon exploring the Old Town, the most beautiful part of Stockholm. We came after touring the Royal Palace. There is indoor and outdoor seating and we chose outdoor seating due to the warmth offered by the provided colorful blankets and interesting street scene. It is buffet style so you pay for your plate and can fill it as many times as you desire. Though there are limited options they are all excellent. Highly recommend the spinach cannelloni, vegan ratatouille and selection of natural sodas. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Good for a break from sightseeing - Edit
The food is not super creative or super tasty, but if you get hungry while strolling through the streets of Gamla Stan, this is a good spot to sit down and to have a break. I prefer freshly prepared food over buffet, but the options are fine and the food is good. The vegan cakes on the other hand are only suitable for people who like their dessert really sweet, so I would not recommend those.
