All vegan on 21st August 2023 - Edit
Family lunch for 5 The chap behind the counter said everything on the menu was vegan. I note other reviews say this has not always been the case. You pay and get a plate and bowl and then help yourself to as much as you like. Soup, Chana Dhal , rice lots of salads falafel and more. Free water but you pay extra for hot drinks and puddings . Food was very nice and everyone in our group of five happy.

I had a funny tummy after but the n one else in my party reported this so it must just be something else I ate.
Pros: All vegan the day we are, Nice environment , Warm food
Cons: The crockery , No coffee or cake included

Slightly dull buffet - Edit
Its down as veggie but it was all vegan when I visited. Also all the food was served warm not hot. Its cheaper than Herman's but nowhere near as good. The food is filling but a bit bland. I liked the interesting felafel.

Most of the buffet was vegan, with the exception of two dishes. Very tasty food and friendly staff. The street it’s on is gorgeous😄

Filling for the day! - Edit
We came here for lunch on our final day in Stockholm in June 2023. A wide selection of food - with some of the most delicious bread we’ve ever had! This was an incredibly filling meal (just one plate) and 90% of the food was vegan friendly. I think on the day we went the pasta was not, which was a shame as pasta is my favourite.
Read moreWe enjoyed the food and sat outside which was really nice. We did ask the lady who was serving us how it worked but she said it was a buffet then kind of left us to it and seemed a bit distracted. Otherwise it was really great and we would recommend it!
Pros: Good selection of food , Good value, Nice location, pretty street
Cons: Staff could have been a little friendlier

Absolutely Delicious - Edit
I was looking for vegan options during my stay in Gamla Stan, and was so happy to find this restaurant! The buffet isn’t huge, but you can definitely become full- and very quickly! Everything was so delicious and fresh. I meant to take better pictures but I was enjoying my dinner so much, I’m surprised I managed to remember to take any at all! 😋

I love that I could eat as much salad as I pleased! The coleslaw was divine, excellent for raw foodies.

Excellent buffet - Edit
Great vegetarian buffet with a nice selection of dishes, most of which were vegan (with the exception of the vegetarian lasagna). Delicious, affordable food and a cozy place. I especially recommend the spicy "meatballs" made with couscous (I think). My only criticism is that dishes could have been labelled, at least in the cases that are not quite self-evident.

Good location and tasty pie - Edit
We only went for a coffee with apple pie, but it was a cozy place on a good location in the old town. Pie tasted good too but not that special. The buffet looked good too but we didn't try it

Love the simplicity of the food here! - Edit
If you’re here on weekdays they have a good lunch offer. A bit pricier on weekends but still super affordable! You can also choose to just have one plate instead of the full buffet for 10-20 sek cheaper. Add coffee after lunch for only 10:- extra! Will have to come back for dessert some other day

How nice - Edit
Nowadays it can be tricky to find a vegan restaurant that serves a plain, honest lentil stew but here it is! The whole big buffet is centred around lentils, beans and vegetables! They even have whole grain rice! Everything but one sauce is vegan.

Very filling - Edit
I visited the Hermitage shortly before a long train trip and it was a wise decision. For one fare I could load a huge amount of different kinds of food onto my plate. Soup, salad, baked potatoes, lentils, noodle salad, goulash etc. Except for the stuffed pepper everything was vegan.

Many options in the buffet - Edit
Visited in July 2022. Good buffet with a lot of options, which however felt a bit pricy, because there were several dishes that weren't vegan. The dessert coffee was priced separately, but in the end the coffee was included to the price. We were happy about that!

Nice vegetarian-vegan restaurant in the city centre - Edit
A nice restaurant in Gamla Stan. We had some of the vegan cakes (they have a nice selection in their counter) and they were quite good. They have a buffet as well for about 160kr during lunch time and a bit cheaper if you come during the afternoon. However, sometimes it’s so full that you can’t get in… So try to come after the „rush-hour“ around 1pm.

Lunch take out when your hungry - Edit
Go here for lunch when I’m pretty hungry as it’s a lot of bang for your buck. Vegan buffet with the secondary dish changing. First is always a vegetable stew. Do check what’s vegan but it’s usually most of the menu
