Probably the biggest Herbolario Navarro I went to - Edit
This one is even bigger than the one they have on that exact same street (Alcalá) but closer to the Retiro. Lots of choices, items in bulk, vegan supplements that are hard to find on other places. The only issue I see is that the staff seems either too busy taking care of the delivery orders (hello Glovo...) or putting products on the shelves.

Herbolaria Navarro - Edit
Another really great market packed with vegan and natural products. It had more than Veritas to offer in the vegan "dairy" and faux meat section. Lots of natural products. Only rating 4 to reserve 5 for the place that deserves it (a 100% vegan store in Madrid).

This company has several shops in the city and this one specifically has a good variety of products, I find that the veggies and Fruits are quite expensive for the quality the offer but the good thing is that they always have stock
