It’s good. They do a great job, but the options don’t seem well thought out. The seitain was awesome. Tastes great. Just make it easier. Add a vegan option, vs building your own.

Worth the stop - Edit
I did a build your own burrito situation. Just used tofu and omitted queso and cheese. I subbed guacamole for salsa and it wasn't an upcharge. Chips are fresh and the guacamole is cold. Decently priced and a great, fast option.

The seasoned tofu was remarkably good. This place is a great option if you are staying at Canaan and want a hearty vegan meal. It’s worth the short drive into Davis.

So surprised to see a place with seitan to add to a burrito! They had tofu as well. My burrito was super chonky and delicious.

Decent burritos; great sauces - Edit
Build your own burrito can be made vegan. Burritos are a bit under seasoned and bland, but there are lots of delicious local hot sauces available. A decent option, since there aren’t many vegan options in the area. The dining room is intimate and cozy with a wood stove. Staff are so friendly, and prices are reasonable.
