Tasty Kumpir - Edit
Big and tasty Kumpir. They offer as a standard a vegetarian Kumpir. So better order directly a vegan one or you get some butter on it.

The kumpir is huge and there are many different toppings that you can add like bulgur, red beans, corn, jalapeños etc. The avocado sauce, hummus and the spicy sauce are vegan. The vegan kumpir is not explicitly written on the menu but you can ask for a vegan one and they will prepare it without any butter or cheese for you and also tell you which toppings/sauces are vegan and which are not. The staff is suuuper friendly and helpful.😄

Bei "Heimweh" gibt es vor Allem Kumpir (gefüllte, Backkartoffel) mit sehr, sehr leckeren, selbstgemachten Füllungen.

Am besten direkt anmerken, dass ihr euch vegan ernährt - Dann wird die Butter und der Käse einfach weggelassen. Die werden ansonsten nämlich immer am Anfang zu der Kartoffel hinzugegeben, bevor ihr gefragt werdet, welche Füllungen ihr haben wollt.
Es gibt drei verschiedene vegane Soßen (nehmt am besten alle drei!!) Hummus, Avocadocreme und scharfe Soße.
Das Restaurant selber wird von zwei Brüdern geleitet, die beide sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch sind. Außerdem arbeitet deren Mutter dort, die genauso herzlich ist wie ihre beiden Söhne:) Ich fühle mich dort rundum wohl!
Plus: Es wird immer kostenlos çay angeboten!
