Heier’s Food Truck - Edit
They have vegan options! They have a vegan chicken and waffles which is absolutely amazing! I was so excited to try it and it did not disappoint! The gravy was delicious, the waffle was fluffy, and the tofu was crispy. The cost was low, even for a vegan option. I was so excited to find them at our local Farmers market!
