Great gyoza - Edit
I went for the gyoza, with the kimchi, which was well cooked and plenty tasty. A very reasonable option, of 4 options available.

Good vegan options - Edit
The menu has a vegan section with four main dishes. I chose the gyozas and kimchi. There was a large amount of kimchi, however, as I am a fan of kimchi and could eat it straight from the jar, I liked this a lot. The gyozas were good and I was happy with the selection.

AVOID - Edit
I ordered a vegan wild mushroom and asparagus risotto. When it came it looked creamy so I confirmed it was vegan. I didn’t feel comfortable eating it as it tasted cheesy and creamy. When paying the bill I told the other staff member I wasn’t eating it as it would make me unwell as it tasted like cheese: she said maybe they put cream and cheese in ??? I said so this item is not vegan ? They did nor charge us for this meal however that it not the point. I have left upset and disappointed I’ve ate non vegan risotto after confirming with staff it did not have cheese in and was vegan

Pretty good vegan burger - Edit
The vegan burger was pretty nice although there wasn't loads of tofu in it, but the chips came out cold which was disappointing. Nice location though

No vegan options - Edit
Not sure if that's usual, but currently there were no option for vegans. However, we did visit in 10 am, which might be the reason.

Hummus breakfast - Edit
Arrived in Zadar super early and found Hedonist close to our accommodation. They have a vegan and veggie section on menu but were only serving breakfast menu at this time. Thankfully the Waiter kindly adapted the salmon dish to be just hummus & tomatoes on toast for me.

Vegan burger tastes like egg - Edit
Be careful, my burger distinctly tasted like egg…. I feel it was cross contaminated in the kitchen, my partner thinks the lettuce somehow had raw egg on it.

Vegan spring rolls, nuggets, salad & burger - Edit
Boring nuggets. The spring rolls were okay, but nothing special.
Read moreThe seasonal salad was very boring as well, no kind of dressing or anything to give it taste.
The burger was fine, but the patty could’ve been better.
The lemonade was great
Overall a fine place, but maybe not worth the money.
A bit expensive for what you get
We came for pizza, but they removed that from the menu

Ok if you're not very hungry and don't expect very good food - Edit
I had the vegan burger which came with fries. Unfortunately the ketchup had by far the most intense flavor of the whole dish. The burger roll was as thin as paper once I pressed the burger for eating (I am not sure if this is the case everywhere in Croatia, because we had the same experience in another restaurant as well). I had tofu on the burger which would have been better if it had been spiced.

Restaurant located in old town. The place is decorated nicely. I had the buddha bowl with smoked tofu and a Tahini Dressing. Next to that I had a portion of grilled vegetables. Buddha bowl was tasty but not very special.

Nice vegan options - Edit
They have 5 different vegan options. I had the chickpea and veggies burger with smoked tofu and hemp pesto. It was good, not amazing, but good enough. The hemp pesto was really good and flavourful. Also, the fries were nice, ordinary fries but cooked and salted just the way they should be.
