A few decent options - Edit
Not a great deal of choice but what was on offer was decent. I went for the vegan bruschetta and my partner had the Mexican bowl. Both were tasty. The cakes looked good but we didn't hang around to try any.

I had the breaky bruschetta stack vegan along with a super greens smoothie. It was a huge meal and extremely tasty.

Good coffee and delicious Pumpkin spiced muffin. Next door has sign for Souleye who serve tapas on Friday nights with several vg and vego options on current menu.

Maybe the only place with vegan options in Grafton - Edit
I liked interior of this place, and friendly staff who are happy to provide info what can be vegan. All dishes are served at its best to have a chance to get into your Instagram. Pumpkin spicy cupcake, cashew tiramisu, breakfast brusketta were delicious! Just make sure you mentioned it should be vegan, so they will adjust the ingredients.
