Vegan Pho and Fresh Spring Rolls are my two go-tos here! - Edit
They have a vegan broth that comes with tofu as the protein, noodles, and veggies. Ask for the vegan broth or just tell them you are vegan and they’ll help you with the menu as the menu isn’t specific. One of the best pho broths I’ve had anywhere is served here- it is low salt yet flavorful, which is hard to find. Their fresh spring rolls are excellent- just ask for the tofu. They are consistent, servings are large, and the staff is great.

Vegan appetizers - Edit
Maybe I missed something, but the only vegan options I saw on the menu were the vegan spring rolls and the vegan salad. Both were good, but I suppose I was assuming there would be pho with tofu. The spring rolls and salad can easily be a substantial meal when ordered together but it is not equivalent to a vegan pho or other main dish. Again, maybe I just didn’t see a vegan main dish on the menu. If this was a Google or Yelp review I’d give this place a 4/5, since I thought the food was good and it was a very clean and trendy atmosphere. Plus the staff were great. However, as this is Happy Cow, there could be some improvements on the amount of vegan options.

Casual atmosphere with excellent service. Our server Jill was very knowledgeable about vegan and vegetarian and made sure we knew what we were getting.

Amazing vegan pho!!! - Edit
Service was great. The pho was super fresh tasting and there was plenty of tofu. Lots of veggies in the broth and served with a side plate of toppings including fresh basil, beans, jalapeños, and limes. Also enjoyed the tofu spring rolls!!!
