Best Vegan spot in Kauai! - Edit
The hot bar changes daily but it’s always delicious, hearty, flavorful and like having a personal chef cooking for you! From Lentil Shepherds Pie to veggie curry to gourmet bean dishes to enchilada pie you never know what yummy treasure is waiting for you. They have vegan baked goods and a full health food store as well. Sometimes the hot bar has meat dishes so call ahead to be sure it’s a vegan day. Out back is a lovely picnic bench in a garden setting.

We found this place at the end of our trip and we regret not finding it sooner. Besides the multitude of vegan offerings in their hot and cold salad bars, the grocery store is packed with vegan provisions.

2022 Update the hot bar now only has one or two items that are Vegan. Every day freshly made mostly vegan hot food. I live on Island and this is go to place when out on that side of island. They have everything marked clearly as to vegan or not. Depending on what day you go they may only have vegetarian, but then they usually have raw vegan refrigerated next to the hot bar.

I vacationed on Kaua'i recently. As a vegan, this is a must on the island.
Read moreHas a peaceful slow vibe like the whole island. It took about 15 minutes waiting in line to check out with one item as the cashier was super chill. No worries on that on my part, so just be sure you have plenty of time to shop there.
They had tons of vegan products and food.

They have a small, delicious hot bar that's basically 95-100% vegan. Though, and this should be expected in an island/hippie store, there were flies hanging around it each time I stopped by so that was a little off putting. The store also carries many vegan products you can stock up on for your trip to the island.

Nice hot and cold food salad bar and juices - Edit
Very nice little market with a juice bar, hot and cold food bar, and a cooler with takeaway wraps, sandwiches, and spreads. Not everything is vegan, but they did seem to have 3 or 4 different vegan options every day between the food bar and cooler. Most of what we had we really enjoyed, and we went back several times throughout the week. We'll definitely return when we're in town.

Delicious vegan hot bar and lots of specialty groceries - Edit
Much better option than the grocery stores in the area, although a little pricier. The day I was there they had a sweet potato cardamom coconut curry with jasmine rice. Lots of cold salad options, too. The hot bar was all vegan and gluten free. They also have juices and smoothies and happily made my smoothie vegan by omitting yogurt and subbing vegan protein for whey.

I didn’t buy any groceries or check out that aspect but I was happy to find this place on my way to the Kailua Lighthouse. They have a hot and cold food bar with vegan options. My food was pretty good and I got a really good green juice.

hidden gem - Edit
It is a hidden gem on the rainy side of Kauai. You can find a lots of well known brands and some local foods. The juice bar is good with fresh juices and smoothies.Not so much selection of kombuchas and fresh fruits. It says open late.
