Great

Great advice and nutritional supplements, better selection than Whole Foods.

Pros: Many vegan selections

Cons: Slightly expensive

Small but wonderful

I ha e been going here for years. They gave produce and are so friendly. The employees really know what their talking about.

Supplements and groceries

Neat find in Castro Valley if you prefer supporting a local grocery store, supplement/vitamin shop. They have a small but very fresh selection of fruits and vegetables including organic. Fun to browse the aisles for packaged foods and bulk items. Huge selection of supplements/vitamins, etc, with expert consultation available from staff.
