Mom and pop health food store. - Edit
Lots of grab and go options. fresh baked goods. Sandwiches. vegan loaf was tasty. And store for all vegan and other food. Plus produce and economical friendly products.

This is a great little shop in Fort Wayne! For the size there are so many products that are great and many comparable to what could be found at a larger health store. The staff is wonderful and the deli is tasty (usually plenty of vegan options).

I like shopping here but I just can't afford the store prices. The menu of the little deli is fresh and varied. They do make some things ahead, but not so much as to take away the freshness. I would have liked to have had a "sandwich" without the bread. They would have been able too use a large leaf of Romaine, cheese, etc, and just rolled it up.. but hey, I'm not running the place. I would rather eat FRESH here, than at the Wendy's down the road.. for the same price!
