Delicious meatball subs! - Edit
I was visiting Springfield for a conference and was looking for vegan options nearby. I found this place and ordered the vegetarian meatball sub without the cheese. It was so good!!

Best Sub Stop for Vegans in the Springfield Area! - Edit
Project Animal Freedom began a petition to clarify Head West's vegan options and I am happy to say they confirmed many of their ingredients as vegan! Furthermore, they are interested in both clarifying their vegan options online and expanding their vegan toppings in the future! With that said, here are their vegan options:

- Vegetarian Meatballs
- Vegetarian Chicken
- Marinara Sauce
- Hummus
They also confirmed that the following options are NOT vegan:
- Wheat Bread
- Vegetarian Turkey
- Vegetarian Ham

- Veggie Pepperoni
My experience with Head West's vegan options has been great since they were clarified and I am happy to be a regular customer of theirs again. They're the best sub stop in Springfield for vegans, full stop!

Cons: No vegan cheese or mayo yet, No vegan soups, No vegan desserts
