Vegan doughnut options

This eatery is brand new, having opened around March 2024.
We went early in the morning; three of the seven doughnut options were vegan.
Our questions were knowledgeably and thoroughly answered. The contact party not only discussed what items did not contain eggs or milk, and how a vegan shortening was used, she also explained what coloring or sprinkles were vegan.
We tried a vanilla doughnut that was vegan. It had a nice taste. The dough was unusually chewy, reflecting a different style.
None of the donuts were labeled as vegan. We needed to ask, and the vegan donuts were pointed out to us.
Service was excellent and helpful. The donuts are pricey.

Cons: No vegan labels observed , Expensive
