Good but can be busy - Edit
Food was good, there are a few vegan options. I had a this chick is vegan. Fun name and good, chickpea omelette has potential to be a little dry. Good coffee. The restaurant was slammed, we had to wait a half hour to be seated. We ate outside which was good, inside was very loud from so many people.

Outstanding in Every Way - Edit
I wish I could give this gorgeous restaurant 5 stars (can't because it's not fully vegan)
Read moreI highly recommend the chickpea omlette, loaded with veggies and served with plantains and toast. This is a creative take on traditional egg omlettes and much more unique in flavor.
The food, decor, service are all top notch.
You must go and see for yourself.

Great vegan options - Edit
The chickpea omelet was fantastic and it was nice to have a vegan omelet not made from Just Egg. This place is very popular and it's very hard to get a table on the weekend. Try going on a weekday if your schedule allows.

Great place! - Edit
Went with my family so they had something for everyone! The vegan omelette was really tasty! The oat milk latte was perfect as well! Our server was fantastic. There was also a great farmers market next door so the area was nice to walk around. Just remember to pay the parking lot meter because we missed the sign and got a ticket.

Cons: No vegan butter or jam for the toast

Yummy brunch food! - Edit
They're open again, first of all!!! They have some nice vegan options and the new location is really nice and much roomier! Unfortunately, despite the bigger location, they're still very busy and there's often a long wait, which shows you how popular they are of course. My friend did not love the coffee and it wasn't hot when she got it. It was probably an off day.

When I heard Hatch 44 had vegan options I had to try it! And I loved it! - Edit
Rarely do I see breakfast places have such distinct vegan options but Hatch 44 had two delicious “egg” based ones that I purchased titled “This Chic is Vegan” and the “Farmers Vegan Platter.” I enjoyed both! Great flavors! I would definitely purchase again.

A few vegan options - Edit
I ordered the "This Chic is Vegan", a chic pea omelet. The omelet itself was good, slightly crispy. The stuffing of vegetables were a bit plain though, needed more flavor. The sweet plantains that accompanied it were good. Also got a matcha latte with oat milk that was good. I didn't give it a higher rating due to the poor service we received. They do not take call aheads or reservations for parties less than 6 so we were told the wait was going to be about an hour but we only had to wait 35 minutes or so (the food took almost as long after we placed our order). However, our server was not attentive at all and never once checked on us after taking our order and then again when we asked for the bill. We had to ask another server for more water. My partner also ordered for a soft drink and never received it. I understand that brunch is a busy time but when we sat down, the place had died down so didn't expect to be almost ignored while we were there.

Yum! - Edit
The chickpea omelette is amazing! They also have oat milk to veganize the drinks. The only thing missing would be some vegan butter for the toast. Other than that it was perfect
