Vegan Option Seemed Like an Afterthought - Edit
Had the tofu scramble & wasn't super impressed. If I'm in the area, I might think twice before stopping in for round 2.

A gem in rural Washington - Edit
Found this place even though it wasn’t on Happy Cow at the time and so glad we did. Had the fried chicken sandwich, which as super crispy, and the vegan breakfast hash, which was huge. Seems like a place willing to have more vegan items if they start seeing demand.
