The store carries vegan cheese, soy yogurt, soymilk, ice cream, and other vegan products. Also carries vitamins and body care products. Non vegetarian products as well. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-6:00pm, Sun 10:00am-4:00pm.
I went to the store for the first time in years because as an individual I suffer with anxiety unfortunately we were about eight minutes before closing time and overheard the employees talking and being frustrated with our presence in the store right before close and they proceeded to shut the lights on off on us and give us a hard time when I was checking out and tell us multiple times, we close at six and ask if we need help finding anything my daughter was simply trying to make a choice, and we felt really pressured and unwanted in the store and then when my form of payment wasn’t accepted she was not very kind in stating so, and when I told her that I had anxiety and that I didn’t want to come back to the store she tried to tell me that I didn’t hear anything and I think it was really an unfortunate experience, I won’t be here ever again or let anybody I know continue to visit without knowing the way they treat those who unfamiliar with their hours.
This little natural foods store is packed with great options! I can always find what I need and lots of interesting things besides. Great selection of teas and local honey if you are into that. Friendly staff and easy to find and park.
Harvest Time has the nicest and most well-informed employees of any health food store in the Augusta area. Their vegan goods selection is 7/10 but that's pretty much the area.
This is a nice little natural foods store in Maine - a place not known for being vegan friendly (think lobsters, seafood, etc.) I shop here when I come to Maine to visit my in-laws. We picked up some Daiya cheese to make some vegan quesadillas for my son, as well as some other vegan essentials. They also carry vegan pastries from Little Lad's Bakery in Portland. It is definitely worth a visit if you are in the neighborhood.

Fantastic avacado toast and the coffee was smooth and rich. Owner seems very invested in her food and community. Can’t wait to go back.
