Hart at it Again - Edit
LOVE that Hart House is expanding out from their Westchester location and opening up more locations around town. The fact that this location is so close to USC makes it an easy lunch spot whenever I am in the area.
Read moreI ordered their Kale Salad with Chick'n to be a bit healthier in a sea of vegan junk food, and I also got a milkshake so that kind of cancels itself. The salad was great and the pieces of chick'n complimented it very well.
All of the dining space is situated outside of the restaurant. Given that LA has 90% nice sunny days, this is not an issue and can be a nice welcomed change of pace for anyone visiting.
PS: Don't mess it without trying it first. I saw so many people coming in and the moment the staff tell them it's all plant-based, they chuckle and leave like they wouldn't enjoy the food. It's not for everyone, but at least give it a try before assuming you wouldn't like it. You know apples are vegan, and you like apples, right?

Vegan fast food, not too pricey… - Edit
I feel this Kevin Hart fast food chain scratches that junk food itch at reasonable prices in comparison to other vegan fast food restaurants. I did not find any indoor seating at this particular location, but it does offer a nice courtyard with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. I had the double burg’r and nuggets which both really hit the spot. I recommend trying out one of their locations if you’re ever near by one.

Thanks for coming by! We're tight on indoor seating (there's a few bar-height stools in the queue line near the front door), but that's why we put out all the comfortable seats in the patio area!!

Soooo good! Tried (the very over-hyped & overrated) Monty's tonight and Hart House was 100x better on value for money, portion size, offers available and most of all.. taste!

Burger was actually incredible. The taste of the burger itself was amazing. Now mine and my non-vegan partners favourite vegan cheeseburger of ALL TIME.
Nuggets were great, we got the buy 1 get 1 free offer which was such great value for money! We did the same with the 50/50 fries & tots. Sauces were good!
Will try the milkshakes next time, but overall SO impressed by this chain. Was expecting this to be underwhelming and Monty's to be the best burger I've ever had. Boy was I wrong!

Amazing Chik’n Sandwich - Edit
I got the deluxe hot crispy chik’n sandwich and chocolate chip cookie, both were flavorful and satisfying! The chik’n patty was thick and the breading was crispy without being oily. Didn’t get the meal but didn’t need it, the sandwich was enough

The burgers are decent, and the “chicken” sandwich is even better. The sauces are fantastic! They have tater tots (which no one can ever mess up) and a cute chocolate chip cookie. The organic lemonade and Berry punch are a go!

Double cheeseburger and Oreo shake - Edit
Quite good and reasonably priced. Very tasty comfort food. The double cheeseburger was great. Not pictured is the Oreo shake which was incredible with ample chunks of Oreo cookies. The chick’n nuggets were delicious, and I highly recommend them with the smoky bbq dippin’ sauce.

I feel hart house is a good option for vegans that feel montys is too overrated but still want good fast food. I really liked the coleslaw on my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It wasn’t spicy at all though. The patty tasted super unique. I can’t explain it. It’s like they made a different version that tastes similar to the best frozen brand but fresh. Super fresh ingredients on the sandwich. I just wish Kevin hart was vegan. Would probably rate it 7.5/10. Toasted perfectly. The fries and tots were basic but still good. I liked that you could get both. Would recommend trying hart house for sure! My new go to vegan fast food spot!
