Only go if you're really hungry - Edit
There were lots of options that could be made vegan easily. Only one marked item on the menu though. The service was slow, they forgot about us and then said it was our fault for seating ourselves even though we had been explicitly told to seat ourselves. It's an ok option if you're in the area and need some food but not worth making a trip for. The patio was good. The beer selection is pretty good including nonalcoholic and gluten free options.

OK for the area but not inspiring... - Edit
While Harlow's does have a few veg options they are essentially all some form of beans and corn: chili, nachos, burrito, etc. No tofu, meat alternatives, or vegan dairy. Even as a vegetarian I didn't find the food that inspiring, though if you're stuck in town it is an option in an area with limited veg dining.
Read moreWe ordered veggie nachos as an appetizer to be followed by a veggie burger and veggie burrito. It was very busy and we waited nearly an hour for any of our food to arrive, so, yes, very slow as noted by previous reviewer. We were served the nachos and veggie burger, with the burrito order apparently being lost in the kitchen. And obviously nachos did not arrive as an appetizer during the hour long wait.
The veggie burger was tasty but not homemade and more carb than protein filled. I also think it was picked up by the chipotle mayo, which would not be an option for vegans. The nachos were very large, but the "veggie" element was disappointing: a large mound of chips with some beans and mushy bits about.
There is a vegetarian pasta that might be better, but at $17 I don't think we'll try our luck with that when one can go elsewhere for that price point.
Pros: Some options in a limited veg dining area, Some attention to cooking from scratch
Cons: Mostly beans/corn/wheat remix, No tofu, temph, seitan, etc, SLOW
