Nice Meal despite Limited Options - Edit
Visited here on our trip to Rome as we always like to visit a Hard Rock when we can. Food as always was lovely and staff were great.

Super helpful staff - Edit
My family loved it here and I loved the fact I could have a starter without worrying. It’s not cheap, but worth it for the atmosphere

staff not knowledgable about vegan options - Edit
menu read that the moving mountains burger was 100% plant based (and a flag advertised this when it arrived to the table), however, it was only vegan when the cheese was removed from the burger which was poor and potentially dangerous advertising. Additionally the burger came with a non-vegan mayo dip on the plate that I had to remove and onion rings came with non-vegan dips too, staff did not seem concerned by this, when again it could be dangerous for those with allergies despite me checking in advance options were vegan. Disappointing that such a large chain has so few vegan options. No vegan starters available and other than this burger only salads are available as vegan options, but every option requires editing in order to be suitable. For the price it’s really disappointing. Burger was tasty in the end, and onion rings were very good, but there are much better (and cheaper) places to eat as a vegan.

Cons: Expensive , Lack of options , Staff seemed to confuse vegan and vegetarian

Plant Based burger - Edit
They have a 100% plant based patty but the burger sandwich is not fully vegan and contains (non vegan) cheese so you have to ask for vegan bread and to be careful to say for them 100% vegan sandwich so they eliminate the cheese and any other non vegan things and serve it with fully vegan bread.

Cons: Don’t have many vegan options
