I’d give 5 stars if I could. Stop debating and go here!! The vegan options are amazing &fairly priced. I was told that the chef “loves doing vegan stuff”… I can taste that! I really appreciate a chef who takes vegan food as an opportunity instead of an inconvenience. Thank you! 🙏♥️

Flavorful Vegan Options - Edit
Shared a potato and pinto bean vegan super burrito with my wife and they were both so amazing! A lot of vegan Mexican food can be boring, but this was quite flavorful and even a little spicy despite not getting the spicy option. Will definitely stop here more often!

First of all, don’t be put off by “food truck.” The restaurant’s local area is more like the food court in a US shopping mall, with several restaurants. Crowded on weekends.
Read moreWe had 2 take-out “super burritos,” 1 with pinto beans & 1 with smoked potatoes. Served hot & flavorful, they were good.
Note: our burritos were both quite salty & peppery, even without any “extra” spice.
Pros: Good food, friendly service

Awesome vegan options - Edit
They have a vegan menu. The vegan smoked potato tacos were amazing. I got tacos for my omnivore son and I. Went back and ordered 3 more…for my wife, son, and I. The hot sauces were also both delicious. Reminded me of the smoked meat flavor I got before becoming vegan. Fantastic and great service.

I would give the vegan food 5 stars. The online menu showed a “secret” menu item. It’s a vegan Crunchwrap. So good! Probably the best vegan crunch wrap I’ve found since going vegan 9 years ago besides making my own.

They have a sign that says to ask about vegan options, but they list the full vegan options on their website. It'd be nice if it were posted on the truck. Otherwise some of the vest vegan tex-mex ever

Quick and delicious - Edit
We got a loaded bean dip, the smoked potato taco, and the chilaquiles taco, and they were all so delicious. Everything was so flavorful and perfectly spiced. I wish I could rate this place 5 stars! They have a vegan version of almost every single menu item, and you can tell they’re super thoughtful about putting together vegan dishes.

Best Vegan Tacos! - Edit
My husband and I have been to many Mexican restaurants and this by far is the best vegan tacos we’ve ever had! There’s some flavor combinations that I’ve never tasted before and I love that! The crunch wrap has the smoky potatoes, than the spiciness from the chile relish, then you get a sweet drizzle of sauce on top that just explodes in your mouth. The smoked potato taco has a smoky pepita that resembles bacon bits on top and that is also amazing!
Read moreRight now they offer indoor seating, which is so nice in the freezing Northern Michigan temperatures, but in the Summer time, the whole wall of windows opens up to the back lot and it becomes outdoor seating.
We plan on going there several more times to try everything on the vegan menu!
Pros: Lots of Vegan options, Variety of flavors(smoky, spicy, sweet, etc), Great atmosphere
