Great bowls and smoothies

Great variety of toppings for make-your-own bowls. If you skip the vegan protein options (both deep fried), you can choose 6 toppings rather than just 3, which seems way better to me (especially since fried cauliflower is not a “protein”!). That said the tofu and cauliflower are delicious. Also has coconut bacon and vegan Parmesan cheese as extra toppings. Smoothies were great and can be customized. Great value and a total crowd pleaser!

Vegan smoothies and salad

Ok, sure, you can make your own smoothies and salads that are vegan, but when you don't feel like it, come to Happy + Hale. You will feel amazing afterwards!

They have smoothies on the menu (3), and they're all vegan. Yum! Loved the big green and would love to try the pink drink with dragonfruit! Yum! If you like something a little heartier, opt for the açaí bowl!

They have a well-marked menu to tell you what's vegan - VG vs. V (vegetarian). They mark nuts and soy, too, so that's nice if you are avoiding and/or have allergies.

You can make your own bowl, so the possibilities are infinite! Vegan dressings include balsamic vinaigrette, Thai sesame vinaigrette, lemon tahini, tomato vinaigrette, yum yum sauce, caesar and red pepper vinaigrette. So good!

There are bowls already set up to be vegan like the hale caesar with buffalo cauliflower that is out of this world delicious! They have an incredibowl with quinoa and black beans and avocado and sweet potatoes. There's also a Korean bulgogi bowl with vegan meatballs.

The toppings are a great variety to choose from including coconut bacon, chili lime chickpeas, avocado, cilantro, green onions, pico de Gallo, etc. The veggies you can add are as expected like cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, but also pickled onions, ginger cucumbers, cabbage slaw and veggie mix to name a few.

At the counter, they have 2 desserts - the brownie is vegan and gluten free.

They have lots of beverage choices, as healthful as you'd expect like dragon fruit lemonade, happy water infused with veggies, La Croix, and kombucha.

Loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat!

Pros: Vegan buffalo cauliflower, Vegan dressings, Vegan brownie

Cons: Serves meat
