A little overhyped

Yes, it‘s great to find a café where you can easily find some vegan options, but around 7€ for the smallest piece of cake/brownie is just too much in my opinion.
While everything was pretty tasty, it was nothing out if this world - the café itself is cute but sooo crowded and loud (during rush hour?).

Pros: fully vegetarian with vegan options

Cons: overprized, small, crowded and noisy space

Good first visit, looking forward to returning!

Got them on a day when the sit in cooler was broken, so they had a smaller set of options (in the take away side). What I had though (sweet potato and aubergine sandwich, mixed berry and yogurt bowl) were very nice and the coffee was good and strong (and tasty). Very nice chilled vibes in this place.

Fresh, delicious and colorful café with plenty of vegan options

Happy Foods is a cozy and colorful café situated at Vestkanttorget, a short walk from Majorstuen. They have one takeout café and one dine-in. Their menu is almost entirely vegan and they have plenty of gluten-free options too. The food uses natural and in-season ingredients. Super fresh!

I really loved this place and will definitely come back! The surrounding area is really cute too, and during summer I recommend sitting at one of their benches outside. If they are full, grab some takeaway and enjoy it at one of the benches at Vestkanttorvet closeby😄

Great salad

I was very happy to finally get a salad that was actually satisfying. Lots of different elements that tasted amazing together. I only wish more of the menu was vegan instead of just vegetarian, specially since most of it is pre-made so I'm not sure you could ask for substitutions. Overall I'd definitely go back!

Pros: Really delicious, Good for price

Cons: Wish there were more fully vegan options

Amazing food

Loved the food, bought the cookbook. Sweets were outstanding, especially the liquorice chocolate ball (unfortunately that recepy is not in the cooking book. Coffee is amazing as well.

Prizes are High end Norwegian, so a decent lunch for four desert coffee was around 100 euro. It was still worth it though.

Pros: Healthy salads and good sweets, Nice staff and lovely looking place, Close to Vigeland Park!

Cons: Expensive, Owner does not reply to email or phone

Good prepared bowl and nice smoothie

We chose an already prepared plant based bowl and it was very tasty. Smoothies were also good. We wanted to try the daily soup but they did not have it that day. We sat outside and it was quite pleasant.

As a downside, we felt it was quite expensive.

Cons: Expensive

Amazing and colorful food

Almost everything is vegan and very well put together to make it healthy and nutritious. You can see that they put their soul in the making of all the dishes they serve. 4 stars because its a bit expensive.
