It was our first time here and we’ll definitely come again. The ambiance and decoration of the restaurant is amazing and the food was absolutely fantastic! Nothing to improve. I can tell by the care of the staff that everything is prepared with care and quality.

I love going put to ETA here. Everything just makes sense. The vegan gluten and refined sugarfree food and drinks, the location, the athmoshere, the owners. And trust me when I say that you have to try the red velvet cause it is the best!

Ate there during our trip to Rotterdam. Food was really good. Afterwards the owner came to our table and was very friendly when he heard that we found his restaurant through HappyCow he was even happier. So great food and the owner was very friendly.

Beautiful restaurant in Rotterdam - Edit
This really is a beautiful restaurant to eat in. Sumptuous chairs, great lighting and visually interesting decor with a very friendly owner. The food is vegan and delicious and together with a good wine list it makes for a special night out or a quick bite.

Thinking back, I'm also happy you didnt take a table on the other side of the restaurant. Why? Did you consider that because you took a table so close to the bar, that that was the reason for me to open a conversation? :)

We had a delicious, healthy lunch here after a morning cycling around Kinderdijk and visit to beautiful historical Delfshaven nearby. Make this your stop for lunch. Recommend the vegan happy bowl and snicker smoothie! And all those delicious dessert! 200 reviews can’t be wrong!

Happy Food and Health has become my go-to place when I want to treat friends to something special here in Rotterdam. The food is great, the atmosphere is cosy, and the staff is friendly and funny. I always have a very good, relaxed time. I do have trouble selecting new items from the menu, because I want to eat what I've previously had, over and over. I think that's a good problem to have, though! Try the pancakes. And the cakes. Treat yourself!

Saw many raving reviews here already on Happycow and Happy food and health didn't disappoint! The place is very colorful and has some sort of tropical feel which gets you in an instant feel-good mood. Everything on the menu is homemade and the owner recommended the open pancake with kofte. It was DELICIOUS! The kofte was seasoned very nicely. The owner gave me dessert to take home for free when I left. I will be back! Highly recommended!😄

Happy Food and Health is an amazing and original restaurant. The food is delicious AND healthy, and it looks beautiful too (but mostly the food just really is delicious) and there is a large variety of options on the menu. Also, the owners are incredibly kind and open, and you can see that they have put their entire heart and soul in the place which makes it very authentic. If you are looking for good food, definitely check it out!

The food, the pretty interior and the nice owners made the experience perfect. I loved that the choices were very healthy but at the same time delicious. All the cakes were refined sugar free which is usually hard to find. The owners were super nice and very helpful with recommendations.
