Serves meat, vegan options available. Chinese restaurant serving standard Chinese dishes that can be made vegan by substituting meat for tofu. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:30pm, Sun 11:00am-10:30pm.
Family run hole in the wall. Traveling through springfield and was happy to get a hot meal that was vegan past 8 pm. Food was delicious, extremely friendly service
Pretty good find in Springfield, MO. Think you can substitute anything for a vegan option but played it safe and ordered sauteed vegetables with white rice. Enjoyed it.
Extensive menu to include a lunch menu where l asked for tofu instead of chicken for General Tao’s and white rice for the fried rice on one order and General Tao’s tofu with fried rice “no egg no meat” on the other. Tofu was crispy and the sauce was the best sauce I have had in a while-the extra spicy one was actually extra spicy. I ordered Spicy garlic sauce on the vegetable dish and that was my only disappointment is that it was not spicy. We also ordered Broccoli Beef with tofu instead of beef-very good. The food quality is good-the vegetables cooked to perfection and fresh. Better atmosphere than most Chinese restaurants and clean bathroom. Friendly young woman took our order. Adults and teens were all pleased by the dishes. Great place for vegans to dine with omnivores.
