Small shop modestly furnished and offers Asian dishes. Mostly vegan apart from one dish containing butter. Shop is set back from the road and is easily missed and is not well-known by taxi drivers. Kitchen breaks in the late afternoon. Directions: from Jl Legian and Jl Pantai Kuta intersection, follow signs to Denpasar, or ask locals for "Sentral Parkir." Restaurant is on the right, near Alpha Sigma Cargo, 100 meters from Giant Supermarket-Bus Parking Halte. It's a 12-minute walk along the main road. Reported fully vegan August 2023. Open Mon-Sun 10:30am-3:00pm, Mon 5:30pm-8:30pm, Tue-Sun 5:30pm-9:00pm.

Eaten there twice since being in Bali and the food was amazing. We had chicken curry, fried rice, beans and beef dish, they were amazing. The papaya juice was so fresh. The Kentucky chicken was okay. The battered prawns are one of the best I’ve had, and Satay mutton was nice and spicy. All really fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. And the food comes out so quickly. We will be eating here again.

We ordered meat balls with noodles and it wasent what we was expecting and what a pleasant surprise it was. So good. The food its full of favour and taste amazing. Infact I think its the best vegan food in this area. Me and mate already plan on going back every day while we are town. I'd quite like to work my way through the menu. Yes its that tasty. Local prices (cheap) they have a menu in English for you to read and a laminated picture page with many photos. Staff are lovely but don't speak English but they try when i speak really bad indo and they help me with my words. Hehe

I'm really shocked that some people have called this restaurant amazing. Today I ordered the broccoli with "chicken" and the vegetable dumplings. The broccoli with chicken was just some steamed broccoli with some fried soy strips served in a broth. It was really more like a soup than what I was expecting. The vegetable dumplings turned out just to be fried wontons. Was the meal vegetarian? Yes. Was it healthy? In my opinion, not really. Too much fried food in the meal. In my humble opinion the only thing this restaurant has going for it is the low price. But I'd rather pay just a tiny bit more and get a decent meal elsewhere. Once was enough for me, and for those of you who liked it a lot ... good for you.

All is vegan and they have many options.
I had the "meat" in coconut seasoning. So tasty a bit spicy and thankfully a different taste from what i am used to after weeks in bali around. My boyfriend ds "chicken" with brocolie was yummi too! (The brocolie was perfect stewed!)
We two shared a fried noodles with veggies. Food comes in small portions. It was for me a good sized dinner.
My boyfriend had the papaya juice wich was not so tasty. My melon juice was nice and came like ordered without sugar. If you are very hungry maybe order two dishes. Or ask for some steamed rice?!
I will come back and can recommend this place!

We went yesterday to that place and the waitress that served us looked really grumpy and pissed for some reasons. The food itself was average but cheap. I ordered some satay ketchup soy skewers (which I asked without ketchup but came with), I had also ordered a tom yum soup (which tasted nothing like this soup, more a spicy broth with mock meat, lemongrass and veggies). The mie goreng my boyfriend ordered was fine.

Had dinner here after a 30 minute walk from our hostel on Legian and so glad we didn't give up after not being sure we were going the right way to find it. There was a large group already seated and having dinner but there were tables free so we sat down and scanned the menu.
Read moreI read from other reviews that everything was vegan but the descriptions of many items made us a bit cautious as they used words like chicken and duck and beef. I realize now in the indonesian language translation it probably said somewhere it was all fake meat but as it was our first time we didn't want to order something only to find bits of real meat in it.
Now I can report that everything was great and vegan and we want to go back asap. And it is super cheap I think my server made a mistake with our bill because after ordering 3 dishes and 2 drinks, and a bag of snacks to take away the bill was only 21,000 IDR which is less than $2 USD. It was our first night in Bali so I think my tip of 5,000 IDR was a bit excessive but hopefully it made up for the server's apparent mistake.
The kentucky nuggets were amazing, even if they were deep fried. The noodles and the vegetable dishes we had were also very good. I didn't know about the free rice but I would have asked for some had I known.

It's a humble little (yet very popular!) eatery offering a number of traditional Chinese dishes, such as Peking duck or sweet&sour pork veganized (great meat alternatives, btw!). We ordered 'duck' and 'chicken' alternatives and everything was very delicious.
